How To: Heal Childhood Abuse

Reader’s Issue:
I’m not coping

Janet,

“Life is really difficult at the moment, I am not coping and feel like I am falling apart.”

What can I do?

Cloe

Response:

I met Cloe in a private chatroom where I talked her through a Greene’s Release session. As is often the case, a childhood issue came up and we completed 3 releases (frozen with fear, anxiety and sadness) that were all related to a sexual abuse issue.

You can read the comment she will be leaving below about the experience and outcome, and my comment and overview of this topic.

  • This release really touched my heart, as it was with a sweet girl that I first met several years ago, I had no idea of her lifelong trauma.

It was humbling to be the first to help Cloe begin the healing process by releasing 3 overwhelming aspects of this abuse and watch as she finished with “she was relieved and we replaced it with love and she smiled when I hugged her.”

I look forward to supporting her continued healing.

If you have suffered physical or sexual abuse, do not hesitate, do something today, right now!

Please do not allow yourself to keep living with this pain when it CAN be healed and permanently removed!

It is your choice to heal or keep living with it!

I hope you choose to help yourself.

It is not that I want to use this forum to sell books, it is that what is contained in those books is priceless for people who hurt. Freedom from pain via Greene’s Release. Read the About page and see for yourself.

  • I am sorry that Cloe didn’t feel able to leave a comment, here are a few of the comments she made directly to me.

“It goes way back. Childhood sexual abuse, and as adult, anger for not being able to express my emotions verbally, I’m shut down. Angry 4 decisions I made that I feel I should have known better, angry cause I’m physically dependent on people.”

    How do you feel now?

“lol, finished, she felt the sadness, and was relieved and we replaced with love and she smiled when I hugged her.”

“I’m feeling pretty good actually, like a whole lot of shit has lifted its great, thank you.”

“Thanks 4 your time, was very interesting, and effecting. wow.”

“Effective that is. It’s interesting to watch what happens as you go into the emotion, its good, its not confronting, its gentle and you’re guidance is great.”

    “Thank you.”

  • Hi,

Here’s the link to our latest article on anger, something most abuse victims have trouble coping with.
