Reader’s Issue: I feel ill
Janet,
“There are too many things happening right now, I feel overwhelmed and physically ill.”
What can I do?
Sue”
Response:
I met Sue in a private chatroom where I talked her through a Greene’s Release session. As is often the case, a childhood issue came up first, so that is what we released.
You can read the comment she will be leaving below about the experience and outcome, and my comment and overview of this topic.

There is no description for the overwhelming pain and sadness that a child who lives with violent sexual abuse feels, and carries throughout their life.
This form of abuse is paralyzing, both physically and mentally. To cope, the child often has to shut down to survive, to let themselves feel this pain makes them feel like they would die.
How can they ever trust, or accept love, or make love freely without fear, how can they view themselves as lovable and a deserving human being when the one person who was suppose to love and care for them betrayed them like this.
It is such a sad experience to have.
The good news is how quickly and easily it and all repercussions CAN be dissolved. One topic at a time.
To have a woman who was feeling such inner despair and pain, do the release and then when asked “what do you feel now?” afterwards reply, “Well it happened, I think it was wrong, but that’s it, I feel nothing just blank” is purely amazing.
If you have suffered physical or sexual abuse, do not hesitate, do something today, right now!
Please do not allow yourself to keep living with this pain when it CAN be permanently removed!
It is your choice to heal or keep living with it!
I hope you choose to help yourself.
It is not that I want to use this forum to sell books, it is that what is contained in those books is priceless for people who hurt. Freedom from pain via Greene’s Release. Read the About page and see for yourself.

I am disappointed that Sue felt unable to leave a comment. Here are some of the comments she made directly to me.
“All my life, I have been abused. I was trained to allow abuse, so I did. Now I understand it isn’t good. I KNOW I don’t want it.”
“I think it is gone, feels empty, almost like I vomited up three days worth of food.”
“I really think I got it, breath moves easy now.”
What do you feel now?
“Nothing , it happened *shrug*
It wasn’t right, but it is over.
Yes and my body feels better thank you.
That was miraculous!
What is that called? It is amazing.
It is most amazing.”
“You actually did something kind of boggling. You see, I have never had clear memories of it Until tonight.”
